Di is the Director of Strive Practice Consulting. Di has extensive in-practice experience in Orthodontics, having worked with Dr Spiro Pazios at Embrace Orthodontists as the Business and Marketing Manager from 2012 to 2016 where she significantly increased new patient consultations, conversion rates and practice production. She then headed up The Invisible Orthodontist for Australia and New Zealand.

Di holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business. She has an excellent grounding in marketing, user behaviour and business communication, having taught as a lecturer in these areas for one of Australia’s top universities – The Australian National University.  Di also has extensive experience in the digital industry managing the online presence of many national organisations such as Defence Housing Australia, First Super and Fairwork.

In her role as the National Manager for The Invisible Orthodontist, Di travelled nationally and internationally to deliver workshops and lectures on the “New Enquiry” and “No Doctor Consultation” training programs, helping over 80 practices convert their new patient leads to treatment starts.
